Project Administrator – Part-time
We’re a small, but perfectly formed design agency working within the retail sector for Toy & Baby brands and have been established for 20 years. We are looking to add an Administrator to our team in January 2026. Initially 16 hours per week – but this could increase in the future.
The role:
All the projects we undertake are different to the last one - creative, fast paced and sometimes a little bit mad! We are looking for an Administrator to support the project managers, finance director and the team in the field.
What we’re looking for:
Our ideal candidate will be organised with a good eye for detail to assist the project management team. Experience with Excel is a must. Having used Quickbooks would be an advantage but not critical as training can be given. Some book-keeping experience would be useful. The tasks range from filing to creating risk assessments, booking travel requirements to reconciling credit cards, organising logistics to raising purchase orders, entering purchase ledger and reconciling job costing. A clean driving licence is vital too.
